Consumer right of withdrawal

For a non-personalised item purchased at a distance, you have 14 days from the day after receipt to notify us of your withdrawal, without having to give a reason. A clear statement by email is sufficient; you can also use the template below. This right also applies to sale items.

After notifying us, return the item within 14 days. You may examine it as you would in a shop; only handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in liability for diminished value. The absence of the original packaging does not remove your statutory right. Pack the return carefully.

Our 30-day commercial return period

We also continue to allow returns to be requested up to 30 days after receipt for non-personalised items. After the first 14 days, this commercial return option applies to unused items in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. We will send you a return label and the relevant instructions after receiving your request. This procedure does not limit your statutory rights.

Personalised creations

The right of withdrawal and our commercial return option do not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example with your first name or logo. The mere fact that a standard item is made after it is ordered is not sufficient to exclude the right of withdrawal. This exception never removes your rights in the event of a defect, error or lack of conformity.

Refunds

In the event of statutory withdrawal, we refund the amounts due, including the standard delivery charges for the order concerned, within 14 days of your notification. The supplement for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you is not refunded. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of their dispatch, whichever occurs first. The refund uses the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to you. For a commercial return, the refund is issued after inspection, within 10 working days at the latest.

Damaged, incorrect or defective item

Contact us and describe the issue. Photos of the product and parcel help us deal with it. We arrange the solution with you and, if necessary, the return. The statutory guarantee of conformity applicable to consumers, including the two-year protection for new goods, remains applicable to personalised creations as well as other items.
